Opted for a queen room but got upgraded to a king bed, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom came with a shower, and they even provided a hairdryer 😊. Great bonus!

Comfortable bed, and maybe the best pillow I've ever slept on. Bright, clean, and a very modern look.

Room and accommodations were nice.

The staff was not adequately prepared for the number of people. We had to wait for many items to be prepared. The area was crowded.

The hotel is conveniently located near Village West and provides a comfortable stay in a lovely area with rooms featuring two full-size beds.

Location was great

Hallways were really stuffy, and in spits kind of smelly, staff was ok not super friendly just ok. Breakfast was ok, biscuits were hard and eggs did not look appetizing. Bedding I'm sure was clean but didn't have a very clean feel. For the price and for what we received it should of been better.

Everything was wonderful, courteous stuff made our stay very nice. The room was impressive and impeccable with a king bed, the shower and television, and all other comforts. The breakfast was free with variety of different food. The location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from a soccer stadium. Also, the area was nice. The airport was 19 miles away.

The room had a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, cable TV, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

Breakfast was good. I had a maintenance issue with my shower and it took less than 15 minutes for staff to address and FIX the problem. Not only did they fix it quickly, they also discounted my room. Now that is going above and beyond.

It is going through renovations. My room seemed to be updated so I don't understand why the shower wasn't working on arrival.

Staff was great and the breakfast was very good and breakfast room was neat and clean!

Shower head was for disabled and it would not stay in the correct position.

The room here was fantastic with a comfortable king bed and I was really pleased with it, plus the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of food.

Also, location was great, relatively near Village West. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious. Liked our stay, everyone was very very nice.

The hotel staff was horrible.

We were the first ones to check in and asked for 1 king bed and they still gave us 2 queens. No hot water the morning of check out for showers.

The food here is really tasty and the rooms are super comfy and clean. I especially liked the shower and having two big beds to stretch out in. 🛏️

The general manager was excellent and helpful.

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked

Conveniently located near a shopping mall. Adequate hot breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room. Enjoyable pool for kids.
